Update on the Recruitment Process
Our recruitment has officially wrapped up with a record 110 applications across multiple universities and fields. This response shows how fast interest in innovation and collaboration around LISAT is growing.
Our 2025 intake reached a new milestone with 110 applications, bringing together candidates from several fields and Universities across Portugal.
The process included a general kick-off meeting held last Thursday, followed by interviews and practical tasks designed to assess motivation, collaboration, and role fit. Final selections will be aligned with project needs, and the new members are expected to officially integrate the team in April.
This overwhelming interest is a strong signal that ambition and talent around space innovation are thriving. Therefore, to everyone who applied thank you for your time, energy, and enthusiasm.
